Processing Time

Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping tiers depending on your destination:

Standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — 4PX / YunExpress
Delivery: 7-15 business days
All customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us.
No additional charges upon delivery.

Express DAP — DHL / UPS / FedEx
Delivery: 3-6 business days
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight
and destination. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete
your order.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at
support@gnling.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
